Job Summary
A company is looking for an EA-Client Services Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of the business line and support Digital at a basic level
- Spend at least 90% of time on cases/phones, providing support to clients
- Conduct public trainings and assist with onboarding new customers
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics
- At least two years of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools for political campaigns or nonprofits
- Experience using relevant software tools such as NGP8, EveryAction, or VoteBuilder
- Previous experience in teaching or training, including mentoring or software support
- Experience in customer relations or a related field is valued but not required
