A company is looking for a Client Specialist to support clients using their Black Diamond Wealth Platform solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Educate and train clients on software systems to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for greater value delivery
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot platform-specific issues
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
