Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support clients within the Managed Security Solutions business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and inform them of expected outcomes based on requested services
- Engage in technical discussions regarding operational activities related to cyber threat actor operations
- Provide technical and product support for Managed Services to encourage client renewals
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Familiarity with various SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar)
- Knowledge of the MITRE Attack Framework
- Security+ or equivalent cyber security certification
- Current knowledge of client success practices, security threats, and network technologies
