Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide client training and education on products and services while identifying opportunities for business improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and drive retention and growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in client services with a focus on client management in a subscription/SaaS business
- Minimum three years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and models
- Remote work location (EST/CST preferred)
