Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of inbound calls, emails, or chats related to the platform
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
- Log interactions and escalate complex issues to tier two teams when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 0 - 1 years in a customer service/support role or relevant experience
- Familiarity with web applications
- Knowledge of financial concepts or terms is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
