Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee scheduling processes for clients and services, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Maintain learning center operations, providing customer service and managing the lobby area
  • Manage client records and coordinate with operational teams for administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of operations or administrative experience
  • Experience with scheduling software, preferably CentralReach
  • Background in behavioral health or pediatrics, with a focus on ABA scheduling
  • Intermediate understanding of Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and email
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
