Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling processes for clients and services, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Maintain learning center operations, providing customer service and managing the lobby area
- Manage client records and coordinate with operational teams for administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of operations or administrative experience
- Experience with scheduling software, preferably CentralReach
- Background in behavioral health or pediatrics, with a focus on ABA scheduling
- Intermediate understanding of Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, and email
- Bachelor's degree preferred
