Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or health insurance
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or health insurance
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must reside in Tennessee and have access to a designated quiet workspace with high-speed internet
