Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete accurate referrals and applications into a centralized CRM system
• Resolve patient questions and concerns regarding their support journey
• Manage patient accounts from first contact through approval or denial

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience preferred, especially in call center or healthcare environments
• Ability to multitask using specific software programs while on the phone
• Type at least 40 WPM and accurately transcribe notes during calls
• Knowledge of insurance billing and general pharmacy operations is a plus
