Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff for routine monitoring and audits of clinical procedures
• Conduct assessments and establish operational strategies for the Compliance Department
• Ensure compliance with audit scores and develop annual plans and reports

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of direct management experience in healthcare insurance platforms
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or managed care industry
• 1-3 years auditing experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Access) at an intermediate to advanced level
