Key Responsibilities
- Answer clinical-related questions regarding the use of MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice applications
- Diagnose and resolve customer clinical questions or problems through telephone or electronic communication
- Document new issues, FAQs, and resolutions for a knowledge base and track inbound support requests
Required Qualifications and Education
- Home health or hospice clinical experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to solve clinical problems on a home health & hospice software product
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
