Key Responsibilities
  • Answer clinical-related questions regarding the use of MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice applications
  • Diagnose and resolve customer clinical questions or problems through telephone or electronic communication
  • Document new issues, FAQs, and resolutions for a knowledge base and track inbound support requests
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Home health or hospice clinical experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to solve clinical problems on a home health & hospice software product
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
