Clinical Development Executive Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Clinical Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the clinical development strategy and execution roadmap for pipeline programs
• Design and oversee Phase 1/2 clinical trials, including protocol development and site selection
• Serve as medical monitor and oversee participant safety and clinical data integrity

Qualifications:

• M.D. with experience in neurology and/or gene therapy required
• 5+ years of industry experience, including early phase trials
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines for biologics
• Experience with authoring clinical portions of regulatory documents
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment
