Clinical Pharmacist Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Advisor Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit inquiries and requests
• Review clinical information to ensure compliance with Medicare guidance and timelines
• Perform outreach to providers for additional clinical information as needed

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence (active and in good standing)
• Minimum of one year previous pharmacy experience - retail or hospital preferred
• Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D
