Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references in reports, ensuring they are current and reputable
• Assist in resolving client complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
• Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
