Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patients during their treatment and recovery process
- Provide timely assistance to patients via phone, chat, or email regarding administrative, medication, or service management issues
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to support telehealth care delivery
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience in a medical setting (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferable but not required
- Experience in a high-volume contact center or care delivery environment
- Comfort with technology and navigating multiple software platforms
- Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet
