Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Partner to support the development and delivery of clinical and technical training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training resources and update content based on changes in policies and procedures
- Facilitate training sessions and coordinate logistics for training delivery
- Track learner progress and conduct assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in a clinical field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Direct Collaborative Care experience within the last 2 years
- Experience in developing and leading behavioral health trainings
- Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Practice Management systems
