Clinical Trial Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant - Home Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trial-related documents and administrative tasks throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain audit readiness
• Track study progress, manage study data, and coordinate with the Local Trial Manager and Site Manager

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical trial experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in VeevaVault TMF is desirable
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
