Clinical Trial Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Trial Training Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver phase I-IV clinical trials, including budgetary oversight
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop rater training curriculums and materials
• Lead a team of Rater Training Associates and/or Coordinators, ensuring quality control and performance management

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in psychology or related scientific field, or relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of clinical trial management experience with a BS/BA, or 2+ years with a graduate degree
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Understanding of neuropsychological tests and clinical trial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general knowledge of information technology concepts
