Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area required; Master's degree or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of significant experience in study design and clinical project management
• Experience managing mid-large teams and leading large-scale projects from design to implementation
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines for clinical research
• Proven performance in operational management and stakeholder resource management
