Cloud Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Architect specializing in Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and complete large-scale Amazon Connect projects
• Implement and migrate Cloud Contact Center platforms using Amazon Connect
• Architect and implement applications and networking on AWS public cloud

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Architect or Cloud Engineer
• Experience with automation within Amazon Connect
• Knowledge of Contact Center operations and telephony platforms
• Experience working on Government projects strongly preferred
