Cloud Data Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Data Solutions Consultant to support cancer research through advanced cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance on-premises and cloud environments to support cancer research applications
• Support data integration, management, and analysis for large genomic, clinical, and imaging datasets
• Collaborate with data scientists and bioinformaticians to operationalize machine learning models and analytics workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in architecture and solutions development, preferably in life sciences or academic research settings
• Experience with cancer research data and bioinformatics pipelines
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements specific to biomedical research, including HIPAA and IRB protocols
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
