Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration and manage the annual renewal process for Employer Groups
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve escalations while maintaining communication with internal teams
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Willingness to work specified hours, including possible holidays and overtime
- Experience with COBRA administration and related tools is preferred
- Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
