A company is looking for a Collections and Recoveries Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage delinquent loan and TPO accounts, providing vendor guidance as needed
- Drive right party contact improvements and identify delinquency trends
- Manage escalated collection activities, account remediation, and customer assistance programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field with 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years in a Collections environment
- Results-oriented and proactive team player with good business acumen
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience working in a high-tech environment
- Experience with collections and recoveries strategies
