Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Operations Analyst - Reporting & Insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complex data analysis and reporting using various data visualization tools and serve as Project Manager on reporting initiatives
- Identify trends and recommend opportunities for efficiencies to support business improvements
- Assist in developing strategic insights and performance forecasts for workforce decision-making and resource planning
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in developing process level data reporting and forecasting
- Advanced SQL and Power BI experience required; experience in Collections is highly preferred
- Knowledge of complex operations, systems, and statistical analyses
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for large scale data analysis
