Collections Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Operations Analyst - Reporting & Insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide complex data analysis and reporting using various data visualization tools and serve as Project Manager on reporting initiatives
• Identify trends and recommend opportunities for efficiencies to support business improvements
• Assist in developing strategic insights and performance forecasts for workforce decision-making and resource planning

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in developing process level data reporting and forecasting
• Advanced SQL and Power BI experience required; experience in Collections is highly preferred
• Knowledge of complex operations, systems, and statistical analyses
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for large scale data analysis
