Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to assist with customer accounts in El Paso, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are less than 60 days past due
• Provide top-tier support and service to customers

Required Qualifications

• Prior customer service and collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications simultaneously
• Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment
