Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding overdue loan payments
• Work with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of collections experience
• Experience in a call center setting is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills
