Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform collecting, reconciliation, research, and correspondence
• Reconcile complex, multi-payment accounts and submit appeal letters on underpaid claims
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and other internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ year experience with healthcare billing and/or collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work Monday - Friday with flexible scheduling
