Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist (Government Accounts).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts receivable, initiate collection calls, and resolve customer disputes
- Prepare aging reports and update cash collection files for management review
- Assist with audits and vendor forms, and support special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of collection experience with an associate degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with accounting software such as Great Plains is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and environments
- Must be a team player with a proactive approach to challenges
