Key Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up on outstanding insurance balances and obtain payment confirmation
• Document all actions taken on accounts and ensure compliance with regulations
• Make outbound calls to insurance payers and handle incoming correspondence efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED
• Experience: 0-2 years in medical collections, accounts receivable, or healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Preferred Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Preferred Experience: Experience with insurance follow-up and claim resolution in a healthcare setting
