Key Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up on outstanding insurance balances and obtain payment confirmation
• Document all actions taken on accounts to ensure a clear resolution process
• Analyze assigned accounts to maximize collection efforts and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in medical collections or healthcare revenue cycle operations required
• Experience with insurance follow-up and claim resolution in a healthcare setting preferred
