A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with collections processes and manage customer accounts
- Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection activities
- Research Accounts Receivable issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivables, and credit experience
- Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with different methods of billing and invoicing customers
