Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Support Analyst - Group Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Receivable and Suspense Management for assigned customers
- Resolve Billing Related Customer inquiries through coordination with stakeholders
- Assist with internal projects and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Complex Billing, A/R Reconciliation, and/or Collections
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with financial issue resolution and client interaction
- Prior experience in Medical/Insurance Billing preferred
- Familiarity with payment allocation software such as Salesforce and FIS
