A company is looking for a Collection Support 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with delinquent accounts to negotiate payments and assist with repayment options
- Manage multiple portfolios while applying industry knowledge and departmental policies to make collection decisions
- Document accounts appropriately and participate in ongoing education and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience of 1-2 years in a related field
- Working knowledge of FDCPA and applicable Federal laws
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Access
- Self-motivated with the ability to work productively in a dynamic environment
- Basic Skip Tracing knowledge and must pass a successful background investigation
