Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely on a secure platform
• Conduct client sessions using various communication methods
• Complete required clinical documentation after each session

Required Qualifications

• Current independent practice license in Colorado
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Individual NPI number
• Reliable internet connection and video-capable device
