Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Service Admin (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and manage client interactions
- Maintain and update the Agency Management System and process client payments
- Assist in team workflow management and support team members as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative support function (Required)
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Experience in a Property and Casualty Insurance agency, preferably in a Commercial Lines Department (Preferred)
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field (Preferred)
- Familiarity with commercial lines insurance products and procedures
