Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the Skills Enablement Journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful implementation of change initiatives
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to communicate change initiatives and gather feedback for effective adoption
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in change management
- Proven experience in vendor management and collaboration with external partners
- Strong background in designing and implementing training programs
- Experience in monitoring and measuring the impact of change management efforts
- Ability to conduct needs analysis and gather feedback to inform change management strategies
