A company is looking for a Community & Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage community engagement across various platforms, including Discord and LinkedIn, while launching initiatives to enhance researcher retention
- Onboard new partners and researchers, providing platform walkthroughs and managing vulnerability report triage
- Track customer satisfaction metrics and advocate for customer needs within the organization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or bug bounty program management
- Experience moderating large technical communities and implementing engagement strategies
- 2 years of knowledge in cybersecurity fundamentals and familiarity with LLM safety concepts
- Proficiency in community or customer success analytics tools
- Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
