A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Document issues and responses to ensure regulatory compliance and support investigations for resolution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and analyze data for improvement trends
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
- Customer service experience in healthcare, healthcare insurance, or banking is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively is preferred
