Compliance Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Security team and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures while maintaining relationships with government agencies
• Oversee company-wide compliance operations and the Security Incident Response Plan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degrees preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare security, compliance, and auditing
• Experience in developing policy and managing audits for compliance
• Experience with HIPAA compliance in healthcare technology is required
• HITRUST r2 & SOC-2 audit experience is required
