A company is looking for a Computational Scientist: Human Genetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists to analyze large datasets of genetic, genomic, and clinical data
• Develop analytical approaches to integrate and interpret data for insights into disease biology
• Document processes and findings, and present results to the department and collaborators

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's with significant experience in a relevant field
• Extensive experience in large-scale genetic/genomic data analysis
• Fluent in R, Python, and shell scripting
• Experience with Git and high-performance computing
• Ability to produce high-quality analysis results with minimal supervision
