A company is looking for a Conflicts Research Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough corporate research and run accurate conflicts reports for new business or hires
- Collaborate with lawyers and secretaries to gather comprehensive information about incoming work
- Compose organized and concise reports of research findings for attorneys and maintain a confidential internal database
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Experience with internet research and familiarity with corporate structures
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be local to DC for remote work
