Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Services Project Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer-specific service delivery and achieve operational, efficiency, and financial targets
• Participate in strategic planning for Managed Services processes and capabilities
• Own customer relationships and manage communications across all service towers to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience managing large third-party relationships across various industries
• Proficiency in client computing outsourcing, including Hardware Logistics and Asset Management
• Ability to implement delivery transformation programs for cost efficiencies
• Industry-recognized project management or service delivery management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL)
