Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead and execute growth and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies to drive awareness, consideration, enrollment, and retention
- Own and optimize lifecycle marketing initiatives across various channels leveraging segmentation, automation, and personalization
- Use data and analytics to inform campaign planning, track performance, and create monthly reports with recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2C or DTC ecommerce environment
- Proven success in growth and lifecycle marketing with experience in multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools
