Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
  • Make outbound financial collection calls and assist with incoming inquiries

Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift
  • Possess computer/technology savvy for multitasking during calls
  • Superb attendance record is essential
