Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
- Make outbound financial collection calls and assist with incoming inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutions
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift
- Possess computer/technology savvy for multitasking during calls
- Superb attendance record is essential
