A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide information to callers, facilitating transfers to appropriate destinations
- Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers with patient details
- Process special protocols and assist callers in emergency situations, including providing relay services for hearing impaired callers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
- Candidates located in Ohio preferred
