Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide information to callers, facilitating transfers to appropriate destinations
  • Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers with patient details
  • Process special protocols and assist callers in emergency situations, including providing relay services for hearing impaired callers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Candidates located in Ohio preferred
