A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide information to transfer callers to the appropriate destination
- Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify on-call providers and process calls with patient details
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with emergency calls to maintain business continuity
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience OR two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
