Hello-
I’m starting to work on another project that pertains to the following websites:
Drysmart.com
Laundrybases.com
What is currently happening, that customers who go to our website and complete the Contact Us Form, these completed forms are ending up in the Spam Folder on our Outlook and we lose these opportunities.
Contact Us – Garment Machinery Company
Same at this website as well
Laundry Bases | Contact Us
We want these completed forms to not get flagged as Spam and end up in the regular Inbox on Outlook.
Our IT person here at our company says the following:
I would highly recommend asking your developer to move away from PHP mail. It is heavily abused by spammer, and Office 365, Gmail, and others are going to block this, very soon, and make it harder and harder to get around it, and switch to an authenticated email system, using SMTP. I recommend using SMTP2GO, or SendGrid for this service.
Both websites are through Godaddy.com
We are looking for a developer that can make the necessary changes on our website so that we received these Contact Us Forms into our inbox and not into the Spam Folder
