Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve work intake processes for clarity and alignment across teams
- Develop and maintain tools for capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and maintain an effective content operations roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product, project, or program management; or business operations
- Experience implementing productivity frameworks such as Agile, Kanban, Sprint, and Scrum
- Experience managing operational platforms like JIRA, CMS, and LMS content libraries
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau
- Knowledge of AI governance, prompt engineering, and natural language processing (NLP) evaluation is a valuable asset
