Content Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Management Specialist (Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the publication of policies, procedures, and documents on the POPP platform
• Oversee translation management of POPP content into French and Spanish, ensuring quality assurance
• Continuously update and publish content related to policies, procedures, and business process visual guides

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Communications, Journalism, Information Management, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with additional experience
• Minimum 5 years of progressive working experience in content management (7 years with a bachelor's degree)
• Proficiency in web and online content management systems, such as Drupal
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish
• Professional certifications related to web and content management are desirable
