Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and update user support documentation and internal training materials
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on tools, workflows, and processes
- Edit and review content contributed by team members and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in technical writing or customer support content creation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience using tools like Zendesk, SharePoint, and Learning & Development platforms
- Portfolio showcasing troubleshooting guides, help center documentation, and training materials
- Familiarity with DITA content types and a background in gaming is preferred
