Job Summary
A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify and propose new process efficiency opportunities
- Implement best practices in process and performance management with product/process owners and end users
- Drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement across various business lines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering, with at least 5 years of financial services operational experience or equivalent education and work experience
- At least 8 years of hands-on process improvement experience
- Strong leadership abilities and exceptional customer service skills
- Willingness to lead senior-level process analysis and improvement activities
- Strong work ethic with a self-motivated achieving mindset
